Celkon, which is the Indian Mobile Phone manufacturing company has released the cheapest Windows phone in the world named Celkon Win 400. Celkon was also one of the member of the project Android One. The phone costs 4979 INR, that is around 80 dollars. The phone has a handy 4" HD touchscreen display. |
