Celkon, which is the Indian Mobile Phone manufacturing company has released the cheapest Windows phone in the world named Celkon Win 400. Celkon was also one of the member of the project Android One. The phone costs 4979 INR, that is around 80 dollars. The phone has a handy 4" HD touchscreen display.
Microsoft in collaboration with Celkon has launched this phone.The phone is powered by 1.2GHz processor of chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 200. The phone comes with a Primary camera of 5MP and with a 1.3MP front facing camera. The phone possesses a LED flash too.
