TouchWiz, which is a front-side interface uses several user-friendly feature in which you are able to control your phone using different type of touch and gestures. Main advantage of the TouchWiz UI is that, you can create shortcuts to the applications and softwares which you use frequently. You can specify a particular gesture movement for something to happen(opening, closing apps, zooming etc.).
Similar UI's used by other Smartphone Companies are Hive UI by Xolo, HTC Sense by HTC, Multi-effect Smart UI by Micromax. There are different versions of TouchViz UI for different Android OS.
